Hawaii man cited for allegedly harassing humpback whale and dolphins

A Maui man who refers to himself as “Dolphin Dave” on social media was cited this week for allegedly harassing an adolescent humpback whale and dolphins at Kealakekua Bay State Historical Park, the Department of Land and Natural Resources said.
