TEHRAN, Apr. 27 (MNA) – The global trend of substituting the US dollar with local currencies in trade transactions is speeding up as more countries are ditching the greenback.
Shares of Mobileye Global Inc. MBLY were tumbling 19% in Thursday’s premarket action after the maker of autonomous-driving technology cut its forecast for the full year, citing issues with the China market. The company posted a first-quarter net loss of $79 million, or 10 cents a share, whereas it posted a loss of $60 million, or 8 cents a share, in the year-earlier period. On an adjusted basis, Mobileye earned 14 cents a share, down from 16 cents a share a year before, while analysts surveyed by FactSet were modeling 12 cents a share. Читать дальше...
Eli Lilly & Co. shares LLY rose 2% premarket Thursday, after the company posted first-quarter earnings showing a revenue beat and raised its full-year guidance. The company posted net income of $1.345 billion, or $1.49 a share, for the quarter, down from $1.903 billion, or $2.10 a share, in the year-earlier period.
