The 7th edition of the Asian Champions Trophy will be held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu in August

Bengaluru: With three months to go for the Hero Asian Champions Trophy in Chennai, there is an air of excitement among the members of the Indian Men's Hockey Team who are eager to play on home turf again. This will be the seventh edition of the coveted Asian Champions Trophy and it is scheduled to be held from 3rd August to 12th August 2023 serving as a precursor to the Hangzhou Asian Games in September.

The Burras team for the upcoming European tour has been selected as Australia’s Under 21 Men’s Team heads over for a string of international matches that will include crossover and time with the Kookaburras.

With the FIH Hockey Pro League back in full swing and heading into the business end of the season, the action on the field makes a major impact on and off the field! While the points table of the league sees constant change with each match, the overall world rankings also see significant movements from time to time. With the 2022/233 season at its half-way mark, here is a look at how the teams are faring on the overall world rankings.

It was a mixed set of results for Great Britain’s Women's and Men’s Hockey Teams in their second set of FIH Pro League matches at weekend two of the New Zealand mini-tournament held at the Nga Puna Wai Hockey Stadium, Christchurch.
