Adani-Hindenburg: Sebi may get three more moths to complete probe
The Supreme Court of India is considering granting a three-month extension to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to conclude its investigation into allegations against the Adani Group made by US short-seller Hindenburg Research. SEBI has asked for a six-month extension. The Supreme Court will deliver its decision on Monday. The regulator has crystallised possible prima facie views in several areas and has submitted a detailed report to the court.
