LONDON, England – It was a sold out crowd of 5,000 fans to watch the No. 15 U.S. Women’s National Team play No. 6 Great Britain in the 2022-23 FIH Hockey Pro League at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre. USA found themselves trailing 3-0 and fought hard to cut it within one, but the United Eagles’ comeback fell short as Great Britain went on to win, 4-2.

FIH Hockey Pro League action continued in London and Antwerp with 4 men’s and 4 women’s teams in action. Great Britain and Belgium women, who had started their home mini-tournaments with losses, gave the home crowd plenty to cheer about today. GB women survived a USA comeback to earn all three points in a 4-2 win, while the Red Panthers were on fire to dispatch New Zealand 7-0 in a near perfect performance.
