: Mallinckrodt open to proposed transactions as it struggles to pay opioid settlement; stock rallies

Mallinckrodt PLC MNK shares surged in the extended session Thursday after the Dublin-based drug maker and distributor said it was open to proposed transactions as it keeps delaying a payment under an opioid settlement. Shares rallied as much as 15%, and were last up around 9% in late Thursday activity, following a 5.3% decline top close Thursday at $1.08 a share. In terms of potential, does this club actually have any? Genuine question. We’ve always been called a ‘Sleeping Giant’ but surely that’s nonsense in 2023. Maybe it was true in 92/93 when Sullivan and Gold took over but not now. We didn’t progress and evolve.

We might have a floating support (like lots of others) but loads don’t bother going, and even in the latter Prem years we couldn’t sell the ground out. Our promotion seasons in 06/07 and 08/09 where we won lots of matches we barely hit above 25,000 if at all. Читать дальше...

Yep lots is possible. Like I said backing South American clubs and possibly African too if their reserves or potential deep sea ports are worth it.
