Prisoner breaks free, visits friend in another jail, gets caught but slips away from cops again

A 24-year-old prisoner in Mizoram managed to escape from one jail and visit a friend in another jail before being caught. Despite being handed over to the police, he escaped from custody again. The incident has raised concerns about the security lapses in the prison system and the daring nature of the prisoner's exploits. Authorities have promised to take action against those responsible for the negligence. The prisoner remains at large.
