28 shops sealed in Sushant Lok, five illegal colonies demolished

The enforcement team of the department of town and country planning (DTCP) in Gurgaon demolished five illegal colonies near Sultanpur sanctuary. They also sealed 28 major commercial stores that were illegally operating in Sushant Lok 2. The department urged people not to invest in unauthorized colonies and to check with the DTP office before buying land. The sealing drive lasted for about six hours and a police force was present to handle protests. Around 200 commercial activities have been sealed so far.
