The Indian telecom sector has urged the government to allocate additional airwaves to ensure the seamless rollout of 5G and 6G services. SP Kochhar, director-general of the CCOAI, said that each telecom operator requires approximately 2 GHz in the mid-band for 5G and 6G use by 2030.
