The Allahabad high court has granted a 'zero period' waiver to real estate companies Rudra Buildwell and Silverline Furnishings and Furniture. Rudra Buildwell was granted the waiver as it did not receive the entire allotted land for its project. A man was caught selling lenses used for post-cataract surgery at District Hospital in Noida. He demanded Rs 12,000 for a lens from a private company, claiming government ones were inferior. Two men were arrested for defrauding people using fake social media accounts. The accused were linked to cyber fraud cases totaling Rs 9.42 crore. They posed as the complainant to cheat her social media followers. The accused were identified as Chaman Pal and Jagat Pal Yadav.
