India to export air defence system to Armenia

India is set to export its homegrown Akash anti-air system to Armenia, expanding its export portfolio to include rocket launchers, artillery guns, ammunition, and drones. The delivery, part of a Rs 6,000-cr deal with Bharat Dynamics Limited, is imminent. The Akash system, utilized by the Indian Armed Forces, is also offered to Vietnam and the Philippines.

No bar on deciding Gyanvapi's religious nature: Allahabad High Court

The Allahabad High Court rejected the Anjuman Intezamia Mosque Committee's plea challenging the admissibility of a 1991 suit asserting Hindu ownership of Varanasi's Gyanvapi mosque compound. The court directed the trial court to expedite proceedings within six months, stating that the Places of Worship Act doesn't bar the suit.

Shein accused of "mafia-style intimidation" in new lawsuit from Temu

Temu is suing Shein again, saying the company is using "mafia-style intimidation" of suppliers to restrict its expansion in the U.S. Part of the complaint claims Shein would detain suppliers it thought were doing business with Temu and threaten to punish them for working with its rival.
