CBDT amends safe harbour norms for intra-group loans

CBDT, India's top direct taxes authority, has introduced new safe-harbour provisions, eliminating the requirement for intra-group loans to be denominated in Indian rupees for tax calculations. The amended definition excludes credit lines or loans without fixed repayment terms.

Amid conflicting reports, Punjab Kings say they have picked right player during IPL auction
