This study investigates the impact of macroprudential policies on CO2 emissions in G7 and BRIC countries using country-level panel data from 11 countries, covering the period from 1992 to 2020. The findings indicate that macroprudential policies alleviate CO2 emissions in the sample. Quantile regression results reveal that policies can exacerbate CO2 emissions in countries with high levels of CO2 emissions due to carbon leakage. The positive impact of macroprudential... Currently, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism (Japan) is in the process of developing an open 3D city model known as PLATEAU. Abundant measurement data related to buildings, including maps produced by private companies and mobile mapping system point clouds, have been collected to enhance the value of the 3D city model. To achieve this, it is necessary to identify the buildings for which measurement data is available. Читать дальше...

Over recent decades, machine learning, an integral subfield of artificial intelligence, has revolutionized diverse sectors, enabling data-driven decisions with minimal human intervention. In particular, the field of educational assessment emerges as a promising area for machine learning applications, where students can be classified and diagnosed using their performance data. The objectives of Diagnostic Classification Models (DCMs), which provide... Читать дальше...

To tackle the challenge of localization failure due to traveling wave dispersion during a mid-line fault in a long high-voltage cable, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the refraction characteristics of the cumulative three-phase sheath currents at cross commutation points and direct grounding points, facilitated by detailed theoretical derivation. We introduce the novel concept of a ’first traveling wave attenuation index,’ which quantifies the peak of the initial faulted traveling wave. Читать дальше...

Intergroup emotions powerfully shape intergroup relations. Anger and fear fuel, while hope and sympathy reduce intergroup strife. This implies that emotion regulation may play an important role in improving intergroup relations. Broadening the scope of prior research, we herein investigate the potential benefits of integrative emotion regulation for improving intergroup relations. Integrative emotion regulation involves actively paying... Читать дальше...

The revisit intention of tourists is an important guarantee for the sustainable and healthy development of tourism destination, and has also received attention from the current academic community. However, there is still insufficient research on the antecedents of revisit intention from the perspectives of tourism destination, image and nostalgia emotion. This study takes China’s ecological tourism scenic area (Guilin Lijiang Scenic Area) as a case study... Читать дальше...
