The Delhi High Court has dismissed a public interest litigation alleging privacy violations by Truecaller, a global caller ID platform. The court ruled that the issue had been brought up before the Supreme Court through another plea, which was withdrawn without the apex court granting Shukla any liberty to approach the high court.
