Antitrust lawsuit against Apple announced

The Justice Department is suing Apple in a landmark antitrust lawsuit that alleges the tech company illegally engaged in anti-competitive behavior to build "a moat around its smartphone monopoly" and maximize its profits. Attorney General Merrick Garland announced the suit Thursday, and CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson broke down some of the factors going into the case.
