McDonald’s brings back hit Canadian Melt burger with new upgraded extras

MCDONALD’S is again tempting taste buds with its hit Canadian Melt burger – boasting new upgraded extras.

The fast-food chain’s Great Tastes Of The World promotion is back on its menu, offering flavours from around the world.

As part of the range, McDonald’s has confirmed it’s releasing a new version of the popular Canadian Melt, last seen on the menu in 2015, on October 9.

This time round it’s called the Canadian Stack and it has a new bun, new maple BBQ sauce, two beef patties, smokey bacon and cheese.

The Indian Chicken is the best on the menu for calorie counters, weighing in at 590 calories while the Canadian Stack has 686.

McDonald’s Great Tastes of the World promotion includes the Indian Chicken burger, available until October 22, which features naan bread instead of the traditional bun, along with an Indian style relish, garlic mayo, red onion, lettuce and cucumber.

Other specials include the Jamaican Chicken with spicy jerk sauce, and the Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry.

McDonald’s has around 1,200 restaurants in the UK and you can find your nearest one here.

The Great Tastes of the World range will be available to order as a delivery from your home from 850 restaurants.
