EastEnders spoilers: Bailey Baker confronts Karen Taylor after overhearing her saying she knew Dinah wanted to die
BAILEY Baker is set to confront Karen Taylor after she overhears her saying that she knew Bailey’s mum Dinah wanted to die.
Upcoming episodes of EastEnders will see the little girl’s hopes for a new family come crashing down by the devastating revelation.
In scenes that will air next week, Bailey [Kara-Leah Fernandes] reveals that she wants Karen [Lorraine Stanley] to become her legal guardian following her mum’s sad death earlier this year.
Karen is understandably moved by the schoolgirl’s request, but things come crashing down when Bailey overhears her talking to her dad, Mitch, about Dinah’s passing.
In Karen and Mitch’s conversation, Karen mentions that she was aware that Dinah wanted to take her own life.
Bailey is left heartbroken and begins to question whether she wants Karen in her life after all.
When Karen tells the little girl that she does want to adopt her, she doesn’t get the response that she had been banking on – with Bailey instead asking about what she had heard.
The confrontation has a deep impact on Karen, who is devastated and guilt-ridden by Bailey’s heartache.
Viewers will have to wait and see if the pair are able to move past the latest hiccup in the road, or if it will ruin their relationship forever.

EastEnders‘ fans were left in tears over Bailey and her mother’s heartrending storyline, which kicked off at the start of the year.
The young carer was forced to look after her mum, who suffered from MS, before Dinah made the tragic decision to end her life in May.
Dinah was previously seen writing cards for all of Bailey’s future birthdays, with viewers blubbering again when half-brother Keegan Taylor read out the one she’d penned for Bailey’s 10th birthday shortly after her death.
