CLASSY mare Enable will bid for a historic third Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe victory at Longchamp on Sunday.
Last year, Frankie Dettori guided the filly to a famous victory just holding off the challenge of Sea Of Class to land back-to-back Arc de Triomphe’s. Now she is back for more.
Who is Enable?
Reigning Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe champion Enable is a five-year-old racehorse who enjoyed a magnificent three-year-old season notching up five Group 1 wins.
Under top jockey Frankie Dettori, Enable signed off her season with a brilliant win in the Arc at Chantilly in last year.
She returned last year with a prep win at Kempton before winning the Arc for the second time at Longchamp.
This year she has won the Coral-Eclipse, King George and Yorkshire Oaks and now looks to win the Arc for a third time.
Who trains Enable?
Enable is trained by John Gosden.
Gosden trains in Newmarket and has handled the likes of Cracksman, Roaring Lion, Stradivarius in recent seasons and has had many superstars pass through his yard.
Where will Enable race next?
The superstar mare will run in Sunday’s Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. The race is due off at at 3.05pm on Sunday.

Enable suffered a setback last year which ruled her out of the summer.
However, she recovered well and won at Kempton before winning the Arc for the second year running.
