Fury set to appear at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia after ‘deal was agreed earlier this week’
TYSON FURY is set to continue his WWE stay by appearing at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia in a bid to promote his rematch against Deontay Wilder.
The Gypsy King, 31, made an appearance on a SmackDown show in Los Angeles’ Staple Center this week as the brand debuted on the Fox TV network.
Sitting ringside Fury had to be restrained by security as he was taunted by Braun Strowman, before a melee broke out.
The unbeaten boxer will return on Monday Night RAW to continue the feud.
Rumours surfaced the heavyweight will feature at WWE’s showcase event, WrestleMania, just like Floyd Mayweather did in 2008.
Though talkSPORT understands a “deal was agreed earlier this week” for Fury to feature at Crown Jewel on October 31.
It is understood the appearance will be used to promote the rematch between Fury and WBC champion Wilder, set for February.
Fox, the new broadcaster of SmackDown, will televise The Bronze Bomber’s next title defence, against Luis Ortiz on November 23.
