4 Week 5 NFL games to watch
The NFL season is officially in full swing. Here are four matchups to watch in Week 5.
Chicago Bears vs. Oakland Raiders, 1 p.m. on Fox — These two squads are meeting for the season's first game in London, but the bigger story might be Bears linebacker Khalil Mack, who will take on his former team for the first time since being traded to Chicago last year. Mack is one of the league's most dominant players, and could wind up making Oakland's brass rue their decision.
Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Baltimore, 1 p.m. on CBS — This classic rivalry doesn't quite pack the same punch it used to, but the AFC North remains up for grabs, so the result could play a major role in the conference playoff picture. Baltimore started off hot this season, but has stumbled the last two weeks, while the Steelers finally got their first win in Week 4, as second-year quarterback Mason Rudolph grew more comfortable leading the offense.
Dallas Cowboys vs. Green Bay Packers, 4:25 p.m. on Fox — Both Green Bay and Dallas sit at 3-1 with their eyes on division crowns, but they're both also looking to avoid losing for the second straight week. Dallas, in particular, could stand to bounce back — their high-powered offense sputtered in their game last week against the New Orleans Saints, who were the first real challenge quarterback Dak Prescott and company faced this season.
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Indianapolis Colts, 8:20 p.m. on NBC — The Chiefs and superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes enter Sunday's primetime game as one of the league's three remaining undefeated teams. They'll look to improve to 5-0 against a solid Colts team that remains in the thick of the playoff race despite coming off a loss to Oakland last week.
