Report: Trade interest in 49ers’ C.J. Beathard; Marquise Goodwin won’t play

It appears the 49ers will try, try again. Two months after Kyle Shanahan made it clear the 49ers would be willing to trade backup quarterback C.J. Beathard, there was an ESPN report Sunday that the 49ers have received “inquiries” for his services before Tuesday’s trade deadline.
