Neville demands rethink to Murray-Darling flooding plan

Victorian Water Minister Lisa Neville will use a new review that warns a key element of the Murray-Darling Basin Plan has a "high chance of failure" to demand a rethink of a plan which will see some areas of Victoria intentionally flooded.
