Pat Philley, a Canada Soccer Hall of Fame honoured member and Canadian champion, has passed away at the age of 90. A “rough and tough” centre half in the 1940s and 1950s, he was Canada Soccer’s Men’s National Team captain for their first-ever FIFA World Cup Qualifiers matches
