Boy killed, girl injured in boating accident on Bass Lake

(AP) — Authorities say a 13-year-old boy died and his 16-year-old aunt was injured after they were struck by a personal watercraft on a central California lake.

Investigators said they do not believe the driver of the personal watercraft was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
