GIFT’s reservoir plan put on hold for now

Planning a common 15-day water reserve for Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad cities is proving to be a big challenge for the state Urban Development Department (UDD). Just recently Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT), which had started issuing tenders for work on its own massive Samruddhi Sarovar, was put on hold.
