Issue copy of dalit engineer’s autopsy report to kin, says Madras HC

The second autopsy case relating to the mysterious death of a Dalit engineer, Gokulraj, 23, who was found dead on railway track in Namakkal earlier this week, came to an end in Madras high court with the court asking its registrar-general to furnish a copy of the autopsy report to the victim’s kin.
