Court rejects bail to turtle smuggling accused

The sixth judicial magistrate first class (JMFC) on Tuesday rejected the bail application of two accused involved in smuggling of 96 Black Spotted Terrapin, a type of turtle protected under Schedule (I) of the Wildlife Protection Act 1972.
