Every 90 Day Fiancé Cast Member with a Criminal History
Let's take a look at every 90 Day Fiancé cast member with a criminal history. After all, there are a number of participants on 90 Day Fiancé, 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, and 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way who have found themselves on the wrong side of the justice system.
Paul Staehle (pictured above) may be a loving husband and doting father now, but around 2007 or so, Staehle was arrested for arson. He was accused of setting his own property on fire. He was detained for nearly 18 months until he copped a plea deal. His wife Karine learned of his criminal record back in 2017 during an unforgettable story arc in her native Brazil.
Just before season season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days got underway, Geoffrey Paschel (below) was garnering some negative attention for having a checkered past and several run-ins with the law. The Internet was abuzz with rumors that he had been arrested for domestic abuse and kidnapping. There were also stories that he was a drug runner and a convicted thief. As the season progressed, Paschel's relationship with Russian disc jockey Varya forced him to come clean to her, and to the audience. He has set the record straight about his numerous arrests on drug and theft charges, as well as some of the other tragedies in his life, including the loss of his child, Kazhem, in 2018.

Jorge Nava's cringeworthy relationship with fianceé Anfisa was documented throughout season 4. The couple was often chided by viewers for having a union that seemed predicated on money and gold digging rather than genuine love and affection. Anfisa journeyed to California from her native Russia to be with Nava. With each visit, she demanded more and more monetary gifts. At the time, Nava worked in the burgeoning cannabis industry which had only recently been legalized in his home state of California. However, he was arrested in Arizona in February 2018 and sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison after pleading guilty to felony marijuana possession.

Before Josh Batterson (below) met his current wife Aika, he was in a tumultuous short-term relationship with his ex-wife Mel. They were only married from 2012-2013, and for good reason, too. In March 2010, Batterson was reportedly arrested on domestic violence charges after allegedly punching Mel in the face. Batterson claims to have turned over a new leaf, and he and Aika appear to be very happy (and violence-free).
