Trump campaign adviser Katrina Pierson calls Muslim Congresswoman Ilhan Omar a ‘terrorist’ in Instagram post

Katrina Pierson, a senior advisor on President Trump’s campaign team, has yet again lashed out at Representative Ilhan Omar on social media linking Omar to a terrorist.

On Tuesday, Pierson shared a meme on her Instagram story calling Rep. Omar a terrorist, which isn’t the first time the advisor been blatantly Islamophoic toward the Minnesota representative.

The meme shared by Pierson is a picture featuring Omar and President Trump. In the first image, you can see a photo of Omar with a statement that read “I HATE TRUMP.”

Below her photo is one of Trump with the statement written “MOST TERRORIST DO.”

Omar, the first Somali refugee to be elected to Congress, responded on Twitter to Pierson’s post, “Trump and his campaign don’t only have a problem with me and people who look like me.”

“They are threatened by our growing progressive movement,” added Omar

“So much of their donors are even funding out Democratic establishment opponents’ campaigns.”

After Pierson’s Instagram post was shared on Twitter, many uses condemned the advisors post, “Three important elements to trump campaign; racism, racism and racism,” said user @joebillharrison

Another Twitter user, @Krikalitika, said “Isn’t Katrina Pierson also the one who, very early on in Trump’s desecration of our country, made a point of wearing a necklace constructed entirely of bullets in a guest shot on a talking heads pundit show?”

Just last year, Pierson used a fake video of “rock fire in Gaza” to attack Omar. The video was actually from a missile fire in 2015 during the Ukrainian conflict against Russian-back separatists.
