Professor Tariq Mansoor wrote that the Aligarh division, which comprises four districts, did not have a Level-3 dedicated-Covid hospital and that the AMU had procured ventilators, oxygen supply and testing machines from its own resources. Level-3 hospitals are supposed to be for serious patients.
