Locals living on the Oregon coast spotted a group of helicopters running dark late Wednesday night, which turned out to be the “Night Stalkers,” the US Army’s most elite chopper unit, made infamous by the “Black Hawk Down” incident during the Battle of Mogadishu in 1993.
