Zweli Mkhize launches investigation into Shonisani Lethole's death

The Health Ministry has launched an investigation into the death of entrepreneur Shonisani Lethole, who died of Covid-19 five days after sending an urgent plea to Minister Zweli Mkhize. Health officials have also apologised for Lethole's death.
