The late Tom Clancy is best known as the author of bestsellers like The Hunt For Red October and creating the character of Jack Ryan, but his name has also become symphonious with video games too. To find the Vector .45 ACP head to Media Luna, though some players may want to wait until that area opens up first. If not, stock up and be prepared for a fight, as it's not the easiest weapon to obtain. Head to the F.O.B. Buitre base in Media Luna, which is loaded with soldiers. A stealthy approach is best, though there is an armored vehicle outside that can be used to plow in too. Head to the building dubbed "Armeria" and inside there's a crate holding the Vector .45 ACP. The Vector .45 ACP is one of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands' most useful submachine guns and is powerful with a high rate of fire. It's definitely worth picking up, though care should be taken when sneaking into the base for it. There's currently no word on when the next instalment of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon will arrive, but hopefully, Ubisoft has learned some lessons from the responses to Breakpoint and the next title will be a return to form.
