Man out on parole accused in violent attack, sexual assault of woman in Arlington Heights, police say

An Arlington Heights man released on parole earlier this year has been accused in the brutal attack and sexual assault of a woman in the early-morning hours of Wednesday, July 1, in a woody area off West Central Road in Arlington Heights, police said.
