Iranian FM signs memorial book at Lebanon's Embassy in Tehran

Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, attended Lebanon’s Embassy in Tehran on Sunday to sign a memorial book in the honor of the victims of a devastating blast in the Lebanese capital.
