Long Island Dominican Restaurant creates mofongo dishes in honor of Hispanic baseball players

Owner of El Mofongo, Hector Henriquez, came to the United States to pursue his dreams of becoming the next great Major League baseball pitcher. However, due to an arm injury, he decided to make a career of his other passion, his love for cooking.
