Tamil Nadu crosses 3 lakh cases with nearly 5000 cases; death toll crosses 5,000

The death toll too crossed 5000 on the same day as 114 people succumbed to the infection. On Sunday, 119 people died of Covid-19, the highest so far. The total number of Covid related fatalities in the state now stands at 5041.
