HC puts Delhi govt in a spot over AAP ads

Putting the AAP government’s recent advertising spree under sharp scrutiny, the Delhi high court on Wednesday said it is “prima facie blatant violation of Supreme Court order” and demanded to know the source of the money and the details of expenditure by Monday.
