Finance Ministry: Alvarez & Marsal contract does not violate banking secrecy

The contract signed between the government and Alvarez & Marsal to conduct forensic auditing of Lebanon’s Central Bank does not contradict the banking secrecy and money and credit laws, a source at the Finance Ministry said Friday.
