HVRC FUTURE EVENTS 2021
ALL EVENTS AND ARENA HIRE CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
HVRC MARCH EVENTS 2021
The government roadmap states that the plan is for outdoor sport to resume from 29th March and BRC guidance has given the go-ahead for equestrian events to take place from that date. This will of course be dependant on the Coronavirus situation continuing to sufficiently improve, but all being well we are all looking forward to arena hire and clinics re-starting on the club field from 29th March. To download all of the BRC guidance click on the BRC events page and click on BRC update Spring 2021.

BHS Advice
England – National Lockdown 4 January 2021:
England is now under a National Lockdown and there are new restrictions in place which will impact on horse owners and our riding schools. We understand how worrying this new lockdown will be for everyone but please be assured that the BHS will be providing support and guidance as it becomes available.
During the lockdown riding schools must close for public lessons and activities
Arena hire is not permitted, however arenas can be used for exercising horses which are stabled at the venue, livery yard or riding school
Horse owners, loaners and sharers can continue to travel to care for and exercise their horse when it is not kept at home.
Livery yards can continue to allow horse owners, loaners or sharers to care for and exercise their horse.
Horse riding can continue although all organised activities and competitions will be required to stop.
Essential visits for the welfare of horses e.g. farrier, vet and physio can continue.
Further details for riding schools, horse owners and coaches will be updated on the website as they become available.
EVENT PHOTOS West Bar Photography
Photos at shows and photos and videos of dressage tests have been taken at most of our events this year by John of West Bar Photography. Covid restrictions have meant that he could not bring his trailer and print on site, but purchases can be made online at www.westbarphotography.co.uk by clicking on Events then on your event to view all the photos. All the dressage tests were videoed in full, but just the first part is available to view on the website. Printed photos are £7, photos for digital download £5 and videos £10. Any queries contact John on 01142 891626 or 07918 650256 or Email him on john@westbarphotography.co.uk
ARENA HIRE
The HVRC arena is available to hire (to members only). Bookings are made by TEXTING Judith Rutnam on 07952 900085. Members need to allow at least 24 hours notice when booking an arena hire session. Your 2021 HVRC membership number will be required when booking. PLEASE lock the gate AND randomize the padlock code before leaving the field.
MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS
Please support your club by rejoining this year. Membership fees are being held at 2020 levels. The only exception is the additional family member fee for family memberships which we have had to raise from £15 to £16 to cover the BRC fee increase. All memberships fall due at the beginning of January. Just a reminder that memberships need to be paid before riders can attend clinics, book places for camp or book the arena in 2021. Please complete and submit your membership form via the website. You will then be Emailed the internet banking details. Alternatively if you would like a membership form to be Emailed to you so that you can send it in with a cheque, please Email: bobandkathstoney@hopevalleyriding club.co.uk
