Maharashtra govt challenges High Court order on CBI probe against Anil Deshmukh, moves Supreme Court

Directing a CBI probe, the bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice GS Kulkarni yesterday said this was an "extraordinary" and "unprecedented" case that warranted an independent inquiry.
