Terraces open in Luxembourg: These are the rules when visiting cafés and restaurants as of Wednesday

Following many months of shutdown, cafés and restaurants in Luxembourg will partially be allowed re-open again this week. From Wednesday 7 April, customers can have lunch or grab a drink on an outdoor terrace again. Here are the rules.
