US envoy to Afghanistan: Ghani's decision to flee torpedoed deal to keep Taliban out of Kabul

The U.S. had a deal under which Ghani would remain in Kabul and Taliban fighters would not enter the capital for two weeks, Zalmay Khalilzad said.
