UChicago Medicine’s Emily Sharp-Kellar to compete on ‘Jeopardy!’ episode shot before host Mike Richards was ousted

The show's 38th season began Monday hosted by Mike Richards, who stepped down as Alex Trebek’s replacement on the popular game show on Aug. 20 and was fired as the show’s executive producer a week and a half later after controversial comments he made in 2013 and 2014 resurfaced.
