These rocket boxes stink

So I have some rocket boxes that have the God awful stench of garbage in them. Already tried soaking them with bleach, pressure washed them. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to get the smell out of them? Vinegar? Charcoal? Lighter fluid? Spray them with diesel? These little bastards stink and I don't really want to write them off as groover cans ...
