Possible fentanyl exposure causes Fairfield County Jail to go on lockdown

LANCASTER, Ohio (WCMH) -- The Fairfield County Jail was put on lockdown last night after a possible drug exposure issue.  

According to deputies, it happened when they were booking a woman into the jail Wednesday night, and found what was possible fentanyl on her.  

No one in the jail was exposed, and deputies say the drugs were found on the woman while they were in the sally port of the jail.
