Pregnant Rachel Riley left open-mouthed as Countdown board spells out very rude word

RACHEL Riley was left open-mouthed today when her Countdown board revealed a very rude slur.

The pregnant TV presenter gasped in horror as she placed the final letter on the board which resulted in the word ‘slut’.

Rachel, 35, smirked at the embarrassing gaffe that quickly did the rounds on Twitter.

One user scoffed: “Rachel always seems surprised at the rude words”

Another joked: “don’t mind if I do” and one more asked: “Poor @RachelRileyRR! #Countdown Hope the pregnancy is going well!”

Rachel previously said she potty-trained her first child from just three months old.

She impressively ditched disposable nappies early for Maven, now 17 months, in a bid to go green.

She said: “We started potty training Mave when she was really teeny tiny.

“We saved loads of money, and loads of plastic too.

“And we use cloth nappies . When you’ve got a baby, you’re doing more washing anyway.”

Rachel plans to do the same again with their second child.

She is also on a green crusade at Channel 4 show Countdown where they are trying to rid the set of as much singleuse plastic as possible.

She said: “It’s small things, but every aspect of the show and how we make it is being looked at.”
