NAIA Men's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 Preseason Poll

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Three Mid-South Conference teams are ranked in the NAIA Men's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 Preseason Poll, the national office announced Wednesday.

Reigning national champion Shawnee State (Ohio) is slotted in the top spot of the poll. The Bears earned 567 points in the poll and 11 out of 21 first-place votes. Shawnee State went 31-2 last year and 18-1 in conference capturing both the MSC regular season and tournament titles. The Bears are currently 1-0 this season and are back in action on November 1 when they host Union (Ky.).
