Frankly I'm past caring about what some of our players think or feel. It seems like some of them need to have their hands held constantly on the pitch and off. Right now I hope they are focused on whether they are doing enough to stay at the club. If not the Championship (at best) awaits a fair few. I'm sure Smith will manage this better than I would, but there needs to be more than just motivation but some personal responsibility.
