Toledo police, Ohio authorities crack down on illegal dirt bikes, ATVs

Seven arrests were made, 14 citations issued and seven dirt bikes or all-terrain vehicles were seized in a joint effort by Toledo police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol, authorities said Monday.
